What we collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily through our contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
If you contact us through Instagram, your messages are handled by Instagram (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy; we only see what you send us in the conversation.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or booking request.
- To arrange the service you asked about.
- To improve the site (in aggregate, never tied to an individual).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored securely and copies arrive in our email system; they may be retained for up to 7 years for record-keeping. Mail is delivered via SendGrid, whose privacy policy applies to messages in transit.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us on (02) 4206 5505 or through the contact form on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager so we can measure how the site is used. Because Google serves it, Google receives your IP address, the page you are on and basic browser information when it loads.
Google Tag Manager does not itself set advertising cookies, and no advertising or remarketing tags are configured on this site. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share visitor data with advertising networks.
If you would rather not load it, browser tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it and the site works normally without it.

Our site links to Instagram and Google (for example, our reviews and our Instagram feed). Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
